PRESENT: Councillor P. Palmer (Chair), Councillor D. Brooks-Horn, Councillor S. Forrest, Councillor W. Gaffney, and Councillor I. Longbottom.

 

ALSO PRESENT: Executive Manager Environmental Services, Acting Manager Development Assessment and Office Manager Corporate Services.

 

ADJOURNMENT

The Mayor opened the Planning and Building Committee Meeting and adjourned it at 8:39pm.

CONFIRMATION OF MINUTES OF Planning and Building - 2 MAY 2011

 

DECISION UNDER DELEGATED AUTHORITY:

RESOLVED on the motion of Councillors Forrest and Brooks-Horn that the minutes of the Planning and Building held on the 2 May 2011 be received and confirmed.

 

For the Motion were Councillors Brooks-Horn, Forrest, Gaffney, Longbottom and Palmer (Total 5).

Against the Motion was Nil (Total 0).

Environmental Services Division Report No. 93

SUBJECT: 20 Kingslangley Road, Greenwich

 

DECISION UNDER DELEGATED AUTHORITY:

RESOLVED on the motion of Councillors Gaffney and Palmer that pursuant to the provisions of section 96 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act, 1979, as amended, the development consent 258/09 granted on 22 March 2010 for the demolition of existing dwelling house and construction of a new dwelling house on Lot 2 DP 103040 known as 20 Kingslangley Road Greenwich is amended in the following manner:-

A Amend condition number 1 as under:-

1. That the development be strictly in accordance with drawing number S96/01, S96/02, S96/03, S96/04, S96/05, S96/06, S96/07, S96/17 dated March 2011 by JCQ Design except as amended by the following conditions.

B Additional condition:-

58. The first floor south-east facing bed 3 window and hallway window shall have fixed louvre screening to maintain privacy to the adjoining residential property. Details of the screening shall be submitted to the Principal Certifying Authority, the screening installed and reviewed by the affected neighbour prior to the issue of Occupation Certificate.
