APOLOGIES Apologies be received on behalf of Councillor Gaffney.
	DECISION UNDER DELEGATED AUTHORITY: RESOLVED on the motion of Councillors Palmer and Brooks-Horn that the apology be accepted and leave of absence be granted.
	For the Motion were Councillors Brooks-Horn, Forrest, Longbottom and Palmer (Total 4). Against the Motion was Nil (Total 0).

CONFIRMATION OF MINUTES OF Planning and Building – 19 JULY 2010
	DECISION UNDER DELEGATED AUTHORITY: RESOLVED on the motion of Councillors Longbottom and Brooks-Horn that the minutes of the Planning and Building held on the 19^th July 2010 be received and confirmed.
	For the Motion were Councillors Brooks-Horn, Forrest, Longbottom and Palmer (Total 4). Against the Motion was Nil (Total 0).

SUBJECT: 26 River Road West, Longueville
	DECISION UNDER DELEGATED AUTHORITY: RESOLVED on the motion of Councillors Longbottom and Brooks-Horn that the matter be referred to an Inspection Committee Meeting to be held Saturday 18^th September, 2010.
	For the Motion were Councillors Brooks-Horn, Forrest, Longbottom and Palmer (Total 4). Against the Motion was Nil (Total 0).

Environmental Services Division Report No. 346
SUBJECT: 6 Innes Rd, Greenwich
	DECISION UNDER DELEGATED AUTHORITY: RESOLVED on the motion of Councillors Longbottom and Brooks-Horn that:- 1.   The matter be deferred to allow further discussion between affected parties and preparation of amended plans to be considered by neighbours and submitted to Council as soon as practicable, and 2.   A status report be submitted to the Council meeting of 20 September 2010.
	For the Motion were Councillors Brooks-Horn, Forrest, Longbottom and Palmer (Total 4). Against the Motion was Nil (Total 0).
