Environmental Services Division Report No. 337 – 26 River Road West, Longueville
Council met on site at 8.30am and were invited on the site by the owner. The applicant was also available to answer questions and provide relevant information. The major issue raised by Councillors concerned the recommendation that the proposed gate be deleted due to the lack of adequate vehicular standing distance between the proposed gate and River Road.
