	DECISION UNDER DELEGATED AUTHORITY: RESOLVED on the motion of Councillors Bennison and Mcilroy that the information be received and noted.
	For the Motion were Councillors Bennison, Mcilroy, and Tudge (Total 3). Against the Motion was Nil (Total 0).
