Councillors met on site at 8am, all present were invited to inspect the property.  Height poles and string lines were erected on site to show the maximum building envelope and height of the proposed addition.  Councillors heard the concerns of objectors, which centred on perceived increase in bulk and scale and loss of view.  Councillors and observers were invited to view the site from the adjoining properties of 5A and 5 Holden Street.  The owners of 5A Holden Street provided limited access to Councillors only.
