	DECISION UNDER DELEGATED AUTHORITY RESOLVED on the motion of Councillors Smith and Tudge that the minutes of the Services and Resources Committee meeting held on the 6 October 2009 be received.
	For the Motion were Councillors Bennison,  Smith, Mcilroy and Tudge (Total 4). Against the Motion was Nil (Total 0).
	DECISION UNDER DELEGATED AUTHORITY RESOLVED on the motion of Councillors Smith and Tudge that the minutes of the Services and Resources Committee meeting held on the 6 October 2009 be confirmed.
