DECISION UNDER DELEGATED AUTHORITY

 

RESOLVED on the motion of Councillors Smith and Brooks-Horn that:-

 

1.                  The matter be referred to an Inspection Committee to be held on 26 September 2009 commencing at 8:30am.

 

2.                  String lines be erected to set out the balcony proposal.

 

 

For the Motion were Councillors Smith, Brooks-Horn, Forrest, Longbottom and Palmer (Total 5).
