DECISION UNDER DELEGATED AUTHORITY

 

RESOLVED on the motion of Councillors Longbottom and Brooks-Horn that the matter be referred to the Inspection Committee to be held on 28 February 2009  and that height poles  be erected to the satisfaction of the General Manager.

 

 

For the Motion were Councillors Smith, Brooks-Horn, Forrest, Longbottom and Palmer (Total 5).

Against the Motion was Nil (Total 0).
