CONFIRMATION OF MINUTES OF Services and Resources Committee Meeting - 19 MAY 2008
	DECISION UNDER DELEGATED AUTHORITY: RESOLVED on the motion of CouncillorsTeirney and Gaffney that the minutes of the Services and Resources Committee Meeting held on the 19 May 2008 be received and confirmed.

SUBJECT: Lane Cove Traffic Committee Meeting held 13 May 2008
	DECISION UNDER DELEGATED AUTHORITY RESOLVED on the motion of Councillors Tudge and Teirney that:- 1. Council receive and note the recommendations of the Lane Cove Traffic Committee Meeting of Tuesday 13 May 2008, for all items with the exception of items Y8 and Y10 2. Item Y8 - Ulonga Avenue and Innes Road Intersection – Traffic Controls and Y10 – Ulonga Avenue – Fire Brigade Access be referred back to the Traffic Committee for consideration and then referred back to next Services and Resources Committee meeting.

	DECISION UNDER DELEGATED AUTHORITY RESOLVED on the motion of Councillors Tudge and Gaffney that the information be received and noted.

Matter Arising
	DECISION UNDER DELEGATED AUTHORITY RESOLVED on the motion of Councillors Longbottom and Tudge that Council write to the NSW State Minister for Climate Change and the Environment and the NSW State Shadow Minister for Climate Change and the Environment alerting them of the initiatives of Willoughby & Lane Cove Council’s E Waste programs and advising of the success of same.
