	DECISION UNDER DELEGATED AUTHORITY: RESOLVED on the motion of Councillors Smith and Lawson that the application be referred to a meeting of the Inspection Committee on 10 May, 2008 and a copy of the traffic report be provided to Councillors.

CONFIRMATION OF MINUTES OF Planning and Building Committee Meeting - 21 APRIL 2008
	DECISION UNDER DELEGATED AUTHORITY: RESOLVED on the motion of Councillors Smith and Lawson the minutes of the Planning and Building Committee Meeting held on the 21 April 2008 be received and confirmed. The motion was carried unanimously.
