24E and 26 Upper Cliff Road, Northwood
Council met on site, viewed the area and heard from the owner.
Councillors expressed a desire to clarify the Bushland Buffer Zone as defined in the L.E.P.
The Mayor thanked the owner on behalf of Councillors and departed the site.
Recommendation: Council note the update.
27 Upper Cliff Road, Northwood
Councillors met on site, heard from the owner, viewed the balcony area where the screen is required. Councillors also viewed the site from the affected dwelling and heard from the owner.
The Mayor thanked owners and advised the matter will be considered at the next Council meeting.
Recommendation: That Council determine the Section 96 application having regard to the concerns of both the owner and neighbour and the planning report.
That the report be received and noted.
