APOLOGIES Apologies were received on behalf of Councillor F. Teirney.
	DECISION UNDER DELEGATED AUTHORITY RESOLVED on the motion of Councillors Gaffney and Hassarati that the apology be accepted and leave of absence be granted. The motion was carried unanimously.

	DECISION UNDER DELEGATED AUTHORITY RESOLVED on the motion of Councillors Hassarati and Tudge that the report “Statement of Investments as at 30 June 2007” be received and noted.
	The motion was carried unanimously.
