INSPECTION COMMITTEE HELD ON 2ND JUNE 2007
Present: Clr R D’Amico (Deputy Mayor, Clr T

properties being inspected.

The Inspection
Committee were invited onto the site by the owner of
Comment
The revised shadow
diagrams indicated a smaller footprint of shadow to
Clr D’Amico thanked
owners and neighbours for their attendance and views and the Committee left the
area.
Item
The Inspection
Committee were invited on site to gauge the potential impact of the proposed
water feature and recommended removal of rear decking to ensure soft
landscaping compliance.
Comment
The Committee
expressed child safety concerns associated with the proposed water feature and
direct and indirect access from the dwelling and street respectively. Upon viewing the site Clr D’Amico thanked all
who attended and the Committee left the site.
